Return & Refund Policy
If there are any problems with the products you’ve purchased or you’re not satisfied with them for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund (see below for exclusions).
In order to be eligible for return, products must be returned in their original state and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please call us at 1-877-758-1785 to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions before returning any items. Products sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.
In accordance with Alberta Health and Health Canada infection and disease prevention initiatives, some products cannot be returned. This includes ALL medical, surgical, and rehabilitation equipment and soft supports. While we recognize that this may cause some inconvenience, this policy exists to maintain hygienic and safety standards. Exceptions will be made in the event that the product has a manufacturer guarantee.
Other non-returnable include (but are not limited to):
- Personal Protection Equipment (Masks, Sanitizers, Gowns, Gloves)
- Lift Chairs, Scooters, or Power Chairs
- Bedding Accessories
- Breast Pumps
- Compression Stockings
- Ostomy Products
- Support & Braces
- Bathroom Equipment
- Pressure Prevention items (including Sheepskin, Ventopedic)
- Nursing Clothes
- Clearance Items
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Special order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
